7 nights of alkaline fasting in beautiful Weimar

On the day of arrival, Sunday, you will be warmly welcomed by the fasting supervisor. Over dinner from 6.00 pm, you’ll get to know the group and settle into the upcoming days in a relaxed manner.

From Monday to Saturday, a varied and holistic programme awaits you, combining exercise, relaxation and mindful eating. Start the day with an energising morning run in the park by the River Ilm, followed by a hearty breakfast together.

Daily discussion sessions focus on your personal wellbeing. The programme is complemented by five informative talks on the topics of health and nutrition. Shared meals, as well as hikes and walks through Weimar’s idyllic parks and woods, provide active relaxation and renewed energy.

In the afternoon, tea time is the perfect opportunity to relax and catch up, before the day draws to a relaxed close with a group dinner.

On Sunday, your departure day, you’ll enjoy one last breakfast together before setting off on your journey home, refreshed and ready to go.

For extra relaxation, various additional treatments such as massages, yoga or body detox foot baths can be booked individually on site.
